Tips for a good night’s sleep 🛏️ Sleep hygiene is one of the most important tools in my superhero toolkit. If you don’t have the right energy, you aren’t going to be able to build your kingdom. Personally, I prioritize 9 hours of sleep every night, but most of us need between 7-9 hours. Here are some tactics I use to get into a good sleep habit ⬇️ 

  1. Set an alarm for when you need to put down your phone. It’s easy to get caught in the social media wormhole, but it’s important to know when to turn off the screen.

  2. 📖 Read! I find that reading takes me into a more meditative and contemplative state, making it easier to fall asleep (the Swagger Society Book Club is reading The Friction Project this month!)

  3. 🎶 I believe wholeheartedly in white noise. It takes me right into the sleep state and serves as a positive trigger that lets my body know it’s time to rest.

  4. 🤗 Be kind to yourself! For those of you in a life stage as caregivers, give yourself grace if uninterrupted sleep isn’t possible right now.

I am still feeling the energy from this weekend’s Swagger Society event. 💫 

Swagger Society's mission is to enable members to set new goals, build stronger relationships, and become the best version of themselves. We do this through the power of a diverse community, a commitment to consistency, and as a collective accountability partner.

Now picture this: 200 hustlers gathered at the beautiful IAC building in NYC. The sun was shining, Cowboy Carter was playing, and the vibes were HIGH!

Our VIP party kicked things off with a bang. I loved seeing our Swagger members catch up IN REAL LIFE—for some, the first time ever!

Ileana Musa started the event with an inspiring keynote on the importance of negotiating. She reminded us that "nothing ventured, nothing gained" and that navigating the unknown builds character.

Next, we had three panels packed with wisdom and inspiration. Alex Lieberman and Shannon Snow urged us to "lean in, even when it gets uncomfortable." Emily Tisch Sussman and Caroline Fairchild encouraged us to set our own standards, not compare ourselves to others.

I couldn’t have imagined a better way to close our panels than with Susie Jaramillo and Carmen Perez discussing how to become the CEO of our own lives. Their message to "live boldly" and to not fear success left us feeling empowered to own the pen to our stories!

And let's not forget the epic closeout party with photos, music, and #pursesnacks (obviously!)

Such an INCREDIBLE day. I am inspired by this community - thank you to the firestarters for making it happen and thank y’all for showing up and leveling up. This is just the beginning, Swagger Society. 🚀
