I’m feeling grateful for all the magic in my home this year. Athena is now at that sweet age to really understand and get excited by Santa, reindeer, and all things Christmas—and let me tell you, her energy was next level.

As the world takes a collective breather this week, it's a great opportunity to hit the reset button and gear up for an even stronger start to 2024. I’m taking time to reflect and wanted to share a few things that are on my mind (and my TV) during the final days of 2023.

There are five days left of #3for31. 💪 This is the time to focus on the finish. If you’ve been rocking with me all December long, you know that it’s not easy to prioritize yourself during the busiest time of the year. But excellence requires things you don’t always want to do. It’s the things that make you uncomfortable that make you stronger. Continue to focus on the future version of yourself—I’m right here with you.

After navigating the holiday chaos, I love indulging in a good holiday movie marathon to unwind. The more absurd the plot, the better. Vanessa Hudgens playing three different characters in one movie? Yep, I’m all in.
